Now that we have a ruling saying racial profiling is illegal, can we admit that whats happening in MO is not right and get on the path to getting better policing?  Jefferson City is the only jurisdiction in the entire state that saw a decline and the Cole County Sheriff is near perfect in terms of stops being representative of the state's make up.
