NAACP Co-sponsores Surviving Healthcare Reform: A Public Forum

Subject: Surviving Healthcare Reform: A Public Forum

What impacts could proposed healthcare legislation have on you and your family? Would you be better off by fixing or by replacing the ACA? What about Medicaid block grants, pre-existing conditions, and lifetime caps on insurance payments? Should healthcare be a right or available only to those who can afford it? Who benefits from the proposed reforms?

These are some of the questions to be addressed at a free public forum presented by Jefferson City Area Indivisible. Nationally recognized experts in their fields will speak. They, along with local medical professionals and hospital representatives, will answer audience questions.
